Returns & Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an item that is different from what was ordered, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the problem

All requests are subject to review and inspection before approval.

Returns for Unopened Items

Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery only if the item:

  • Is unused and uninstalled
  • Is unopened and not repacked
  • Remains in its original packaging and original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that:

  • Have been used, installed, assembled, or altered
  • Are dirty, stained, damaged, or mishandled
  • Were incorrectly installed or cleaned
  • Show signs of wear, negligence, or accidental damage

Please note that slight color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or display calibration are not considered defects.

Incorrect Dimensions or Design

If the product received does not match the dimensions or design shown on our website, customers may request:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
