Delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.


Delivery Inspection

If there is visible damage or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable customer
  • Refused delivery

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.


Shipping Fees

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout, also for very far areas about 300Km from Dubai additional charges will be applied and we will notify you by email.

Large Furniture Deliveries

For large furniture items:

  • Customers must ensure there is suitable access through doors, elevators, stairways, and hallways.
  • Additional charges may apply for special handling or difficult access.

We are not responsible if products cannot fit through building access points.
